Roast: Light-Medium

Sweet Blend from Central America and Africa. Great for Sweet Espresso.

The history of coffee dates back to the 15th century, with its origin in Africa. It then made its way around the world. Latin American coffee history began as early as the 18th century where it was first introduced in the Caribbean. By the mid-19th century, Brazil became the most significant single producer of coffee.

The story of Central American coffee starts on a map, where from southern Mexico, you can draw a line moving south through Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica to Panama. It’s not a straight line, but one that meanders and loops along the borders between wet/dry tropical environments and Mesoamerican highlands. This line ties these Central American coffee-producing countries  together in terms of harvest calendar and what were once considered interchangeable coffees, the “Central America Mild's,” after which the C contract is named.

Our freshly roasted coffee is put in bags then nitrogen flushed to preserve it's freshness and aromas in a 100% recyclable packaging. Tasting just as if it were roasted in your own home, you will never go back to boring grocery store coffee again.

The specific health benefits of blonde blended coffee from Central America and Africa may vary depending on the beans used and the roasting process. However, overall, coffee is a generally healthy beverage that can offer some potential health benefits.
